What to eat in Beijing?

Although Beijing is mostly famous for its Peking duck, there are many other amazing local dishes that are just waiting to be discovered. Beijing has plenty of exotic, delicious traditional cuisine, with strong flavours that couldn't be found anywhere else on our epic journey.
